You 2-faced bitch.

If this happened to LSU you'd already be calling for the AD to be fired.

This is what you did for literal years about Will Wade.

If Miller was not the star of the Bama squad, he would likely be in jail right now.

And if he was a stud running back, it would at least make sense, in a very stupid, macabre way.

That the entire legal system of Alabama will shield this accessory to murder ... for playing basketball ? I did not see that coming.

I'm not saying it isn't but can you point to the criminal statute or a similar case. Just curious how the state of Alabama sees this situation.

If the girl had a solid family, criminal statutes or the opinion of the state of Alabama would not matter.

Who knows? What if Darius Miles is gunned down in the street? Then Brandon Miller is a coward and his teammate’s blood is on his hands. Especially after asking him to bring him his own gun.

Oh, yeah. Because that chick he shot in the head was the Nth Generation child of Doc Holliday. Hell - them boys just did what they had to do, I guess. To save themselves. You know, from the girl with no gun.

So let me get this straight. I don't want to misquote you.
You really think the state of Alabama should disregard their own laws and determine whether someone broke a law that might not exist because the victim had a good family? If there is no actual law broken, just make one up? I really hope you are joking but the level of retard on this board make me have to ask.

Given the time, text, and location isn’t unreasonable to grant zero culpability in this.

Miller is the key to whole situation.

No Miller, no death.

Did someone else pull the trigger? Yep. But there is no trigger to pull without Miller.
