Memphis has better players and coaching than Ole Miss.

That's one of the points...they shouldn't.

We do, but we're still the best conference and by a wide margin. Our top 4-6 no one can touch.

I agree. We’re very top heavy this year. Bama, LSU, Auburn, and Georgia all look like playoff potential teams. Florida, A&M, and Kentucky look good to decent. Ole Miss, Miss State, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and South Carolina all look like dogshit though.

Not so sure about this

This may be true

If one is true, so is the other. Every other conference is a one or two team league. The SEC has a single division with 4 legitimate football teams.

But we don’t care because LSU IS BACK!

All they done was looked at the score then seen the team you played and passed it off as a garbage game. LSU hasn't proven they are BACK.

Top to bottom, the SEC looks like shite. The top 4 (Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Auburn) are getting DRAGGED by the bottom.

We're not in a different league but outside of the Big 10 there's not a conference with more than 1 legit playoff contender.

One of Bama/UGA is a virtual shoe-in and if they were to get beat that team would be in. We all know if Bama doesn't win the conference they are in.

I think the push is for just one team from the SEC making the CFP. After yesterday, you will see that campaign pushed hard.

They are already building a case for leaving the SEC out of the CFP. Reality means nothing to them.

UGA is quite possibly the most overrated program in history.

For once I agree with a Clemson fan.

If anybody says anything even mildly complimentary of LSU, the unhinged Gumps flood the thread with insults. That’s just who they are.

No one gives AF man, damn near everything you post about Alabama is trying to provoke one us. It's like if one us doesn't even acknowledge whatever LSU is doing you guys start petty threads.

I’ll be honest: the SEC deserves some criticism after this Saturday.

It wasn’t a good day for us.

The SEC didn’t look that great across the board besides LSU, Bama, TAMU, AU and UGA. UF did beat Miami, so I’ll give them their credit for that. They didn’t look good doing it, but it’s a long season.

So, 6 out of 14 teams look like they could be solid teams based on week 1 results. That’s not a good look.
