Class of 02.
When did you decide to be a UGA fan, out there in los angeles as a USC Trojans fan?

Wow. Alabama has done it since 1995 Nebraska (we haven’t played). Since then Alabama has beaten every team that has won a national championship since.

Florida has also beaten all but 1 of these teams (Clemson, who they haven't played) in that timespan.
In other words, this isn't very amazing.

This is an embarrassment of a thread.

the exception being Florida State (Georgia has not played the Seminoles duriing this time).
If this is the criteria for a thread, Florida and LSU have done the same at the very least. Probably more.
Alabama has managed to beat all of them, including Texas (2005), USC (2004), LSU (2003), Ohio State (2002), and Miami (2001), Oklahoma (2000), Florida State (1999), Tennessee (1998), and Michigan (1997). We haven't played Nebraska since the 70s or else we could keep going

Not that amazing given how the SEC dominates championships and we play those teams often.
More amazing. UGA/Kirby has beaten every team that has made the playoff final since the playoff started.
Ohio State
Oregon
Alabama
Clemson
LSU
TCU
Georgia has also beaten semifinalists Cincinnati Michigan, Notre Dame and Oklahoma in that time period.
The only teams that have made the playoff that UGA has not beaten: Michigan State, Florida State. We have not played either in that time period.
Kirby Smart has beaten ten of the top 15 in all time wins (excluding Georgia since we can't beat ourselves). A&M is ranked 16th in all-time wins, but 15th if you exclude UGA.

Damn, that 40 year stretch must’ve messed some dawg fans up. The amount they are needing to stroke their egos here is pretty astounding. All we gotta do is beat FSU next fall and we’re part of that list too. fricking extra point. What a dumb arse post.

LSU and Alabama have done the exact same thing lol.

Also
Ohio St (2002)
Miami (2001)
Oklahoma (2000)
Michigan (1997)
Colorado (1990)
Basically everyone since 91 but Nebraska.
The original "amazing fact" says more about the SEC than it does Georgia.

Y'all realize the farther you go back the more likely it is, right?
