we see the wide a$$ open offense he OC'd at Tulsa implemented and not some watered down BS from 2 seasons ago... Every AU fan knows CGC handcuffed him to aide the "D" side of the ball; we've chosen our course now lets see this experiment through to the unknown end...

Don't know if I've ever seen an offense go from spread to pro then back to the same spread...

I think he is still holding out that glimmer of hope that the AU BOT is trolling everyone and Gruden is going to step off the plane in a few hours.

Considering he's the head coach, I think we'll see the offense he wants to run

Gus is a good hire IMO. He proved in 1 year at Arkansas State that with a little talent he can win and Auburn gets way more talent that them.

Even neophyte college football fans should understand that throwing the ball deep and often is a recipe for 5-7 seasons. Ask UT where their high flying offense took them. You win with defense and run game....football 101.

I think Frazier will be a great spread QB honestly.

IMO, Gus at Arkansas and Bielema at Auburn would make a lot more sense.

Eh, UT fans were dropping their loads a few weeks ago over him, but I'm with you, no one wants him.

It's been proven time and time again in the SEC that defense wins championships. Malzhan can win some games, a lot of games. But I have a feeling Auburn won't be seeing a championship anytime soon.

You do know that Gus's offense runs the ball about 60% of the time on avg. He doesn't have the QB drop back and throw it 50-60 times a game, its more like 25-30 passes mixed in with 40-45 running plays a game.

Don't read to much into Arky State sucess this year. They were Sun Belt champs last year under Hugh Freeze, and Freeze left Arky St. stacked.
