His bag of tricks is perfect for Sun Belt level coaches but it wont fool anyone in the SEC anymore. For Gus it's not so much about talent as it is formation, misdirection and gimmicks.

So.. In other words, like Kevin Sumlin? His offense will work fine as long as e gets good players. Every offense can work; it's all a matter of execution.
