Ok

Well kick us out then if that's better for the league

And still couldn't get rid of 1 with a 14 man advantage?

The 15 must have breathtakingly stupid leadership

Slive had law degrees from UVA and Georgetown. Sankey's background is in education. Do the math.

Lane Kiffin can be an even bigger dipshit

Explain why he's a dipshit? He hasn't been on social media with his hilarious trolling.
There was a chance that he could acquire these players based on a judge in another state saying that 5 for 5 had to apply to 2022. He took a shot.
This was an unusual circumstance.
Kiffin is no more a dipshit than Spurrier was. The Ole Ball Coach hurled zingers at everyone who wasn't a Gator. How could anyone be a bigger dipshit that Heupel who joked that Vol fans should bring projectiles to the LSU game?
Haters gonna hate.

LSU has a leadership problem and an eternal victim mindset

In the end LSU didn't add those players and the SEC won't be kicking them out.

Instead of accepting this we have nonstop LSU fans complaining or celebrating as if they won something when all that occurred was the denial of their usage of those players.

Seems 15 of them were and are pretty well aligned.

I don’t think the reporting on that was as honest as we were led to believe.

“Anonymous” league sources, and Chancellor Mee-Maw in Tennessee were all I saw referenced, aside from GA’s AG inexplicably putting his two cents in no one ever asked for.

In any case, all signs point to OP being right.

The math is very clearly not in the SEC's favor, and will not be for years to come. I do blame Sankey for a lot on that, and justifiably so. But didn't the University Presidents/Regents have to approve that nonsense media contract? As soon as he presented that to them, their very next action should have been a vote-of-no-confidence. It should never have gone farther than that.

All we can hope now is that Sankey gets the boot and the lesson is learned.

He never had “the votes” (probably TN, AL and OM) and he knew it and we (LSU) knew it.

There is certainly a problem with the SEC and CFB. It ain't a lack of leadership or inadequate or inept leadership - it is a lack of any entity having any authority to lead in any manner. There is NO "rule" or tradition or standing agreement that will ever stand the scrutiny of the courts - other than maximizing profit nothing is "sacred". The old saying about the need to make money has momentarily caused me to lose sight of what's right or wrong is on full display. LSU and Texas Tech have taken most of the heat for pushing the envelope but there isn't a program in CFB that hasn't discussed all manner of once unimaginable shite that might provide them with a competitive advantage...to pretend or think otherwise is to be naive.

The issues that are destroying CFB currently will appear to be minor hiccups going forward - there is no end to the things we once thought were unimaginable that will become common place - and it is going to happen quickly. Just a few years ago selling a jersey would get a player suspended - just a few months ago we witnessed an attempt to roster a degenerate gambler and a program at least initially defending doing so. There is no end in sight - academic eligibility, amateur eligibility, legal issues, pay for play, its all coming down - hell we just saw a conference blatantly steal a win from a team in Michigan - there is nothing that is off the table, if it makes money its coming.

Hoe many get rid of Sankey threads are going to be started by the tigers every day the rest of the year?

I’m thinking 5-10.

This is why I think Rousse’s letter to Sankey was so direct and final. Rousse knew it was a lot of hot air all along.
