All season, those who talked smack came back

And congratulated and ate their crow. They owned up to the trash talking and gave credit where credit was due. Even those that talked the most smack from every SEC school.
But Clemson had THE biggest loud mouthed, smack talking, blowhards ever seen. On an SEC site no less. Constantly starting obnoxious threads shitting on LSU and the SEC as inferior conference. And they scatter like roaches when the lights turn on.
Props to the SEC blowhards who own up after a loss. Clemson fans lack chest.
That is all.

Anecdotal evidence here but I found Clemson fans to be in general very weird. Not sure what it is but they just do not click with LSU fans at all. They kept to themselves for the most part and adapted a very cliquish mentality.
Small fanbase that I guess keeps to their own. Seemed to have a good time but not interested in doing so with LSU.
They're not good at talking football either. OU fans were awesome to talk with before the game, and gracious after. Clemson fans went from the fake humble annoying how dare you under estimate us routine to completely silent.

I’ve seen fans go at it on here, embarrassingly so. But at the end of the day, they come back and take their lumps. Then it starts all over again.

Exactly my experience in NOLA. Very evangelical & tight-assed. Seemed like good, honest people - but also very holier-than-thou.

Best part for me is it kinda wipes away the 2011 BCS where we got our asses handed to us by Bama. Every year, it hangs over our head. It took this win 8 years later to exorcise that demon.
I’m old enough to know, enjoy the now. Next year is a new year. SEC will be loaded. Again.

Good point, there are a few exceptions. He and that Daniel dude from ATM are 2. Any idea where his deep hatred for all things Louisiana is rooted. Always wondered.
