Although the last three murderers did have Bama shirts on when arrested on Wkrg. But we are about to break murder record this years So at least 50-60 times to see that so may be just coincidence. However, I have never seen one with an Auburn shirt. Lol

I'm a Tampa Bay Buccs fan. Doesn't mean I'm going to wear a Alabama shirt/hat to a Buccs game though...

My questions is this, why was there a "Greby's", a Green Bay Packers themed sports bar and grill, in the Dothan Regional Airport from at least the 90s until the mid 2000s?

Those old legacy teams + the Cowboys have devoted fanbases everywhere.

All Bama fans are Patriot fans who murder people in Louisiana.

Probably a player started it. There was a jets bar across river in Baton Rouge same reason, and of course packers bar in Kiln Mississippi, because so Many of the farves are alcoholics and needed a place to watch the game, since they keep trashing their houses

Actually a lot of older (40+) Bama fans are Dolphins fans because they had several Bama players in the late 70's and early 80's so we do not like the Pats. I have come to respect them, though. Brady, at least.

Also, it's just a game. Lighten up.

Surprised there is not a Steelers bar around Birmingham, they have most widespread fan base. They explained it to me on NFL Sirius as they got big in 70s when Pittsburgh was falling apart so many of them moved all over and brought love of Steelers With them etc.

With Birmingham’s steel industry you would think a bunch of them would have ended up there too

I used to represent a player from that dolphins team. They still all keep in touch.

Well raiders and patriots are the only two teams i actively pull and have since is started paying attention to the NFL. There is some level of saints support since I live in New Orleans, but not really.

Life long Raiders fan here. Hated the Patriots since 1976. The hate is even stronger now.

It's pretty simple. If you cheer for a NFL team in Alabama you are probably a Titans/Falcons/Saints fan, depending on which part of the state you are from and how old you are. The rest are Packers/Cowboys fans.

Except my dumbass.

Thanks, Dad.

Lots of Bama fans I know in person are fans of the best franchises of every sport.

Buddy of mine, Bama, New England, Lakers.

That being said, most Bama fans I see on here seem to like the Falcons. Geographically it's logical.

I know quite a few Steelers/Packers/Cowboys fans. I can't ever remember meeting someone who was a Patriots fan (in Alabama, met plenty in Atlanta but most are from New England). Most of the aforementioned folks are fans because their parents/grandparents were fans back in the pre-NFL in the South days.

One of the reasons you still see a lot of Reds/Cardinals fans in the South (especially North Alabama/Tennessee).

With the Gruden hire the Raiders are about to blow up with support. Kids love Gruden and raiders with their outlaw image. Would buy stock in them if I could. You will start seeing their shite everywhere

Gruden is the big splash they needed but I don't think its the right hire for the long run personally. I am just not sure if his heart is in the day in day out grind of being a football coach anymore.

Let's be fair, not all are murderers, some just commit sexual assault
