Aldon Smith (CBS News)

Aldon was a good young man while at Mizzou and an amazing athlete. Didn't get in trouble until NFL then started down the wrong path. One thing Pinkel was good with was mentoring the young men. It was night and day that last year at Mizzou vs the first year in the NFL.

He and his brother from another mother Justin happened to be the most talented DEs (with that same common last name) to ever play DE. Oh, and both True Sons!

MIZ Aldon. Peace brother!

Was Micheal Sam on that same team? If so, that was a good team Defensive Line.

No, but Justin Smith was and he's 10x the player Sam was.

RIP

God's Spirit draws near to the broken downtrodden, and then He carries them home by the grace of Jesus Christ.

So, apparently Aldon was helping feed the homeless just an hour before he died. Damn it, this is hitting harder by the minute...
