Bama actually won more SEC games than MSU in 1941. They just won a smaller percentage.
They also had one of the toughest schedules in the nation.

Good for them! However, I believe Mississippi State still won the SEC championship and Minnesota still won the national championship in the AP poll

Oh, I agree Bama isn't the NC for 1941. It just seemed like this was a losing battle for them, and I wanted to give them some ammunition.
