How is this ok for a company that is an employee of Alabama also negotiating NIL deals
The fact that you literally wrote a company is an employee of Alabama tells me you have about as much understanding of business as a rock. Congrats.

They can't even answer the Learfield question.
Learfield is a contract service.
Their involvement adds an additional step in the process of matching available compensation and benefits. Then the university has to also agree with the terms.
Saban was opposed to Learfield for these two main reasons...
1. It slowed down the process and gave the competition more time for counter offers.
2. It siphoned off money that is paid to Learfield that would otherwise be going directly to the athletes.

Not sure about this because it involves more than one sport.
People rarely document things that they know are sketchy or are subject to scrutiny.

In Huntsville today it is a beautiful day.
Shouldn’t stop at the state line, but it is just a bit gloomier north of me.

Isn't Learfield the company that does the campus radio broadcasts for several schools?

They trying to add baseball for last year where Vitello was already punished. Basketball we suspended the assistant coach for 2 games. Both what Vitello and Barnes assistant did are considered minor, but they were suspended.
So now since the NCAA don’t she a strong case, they are trying to combine all those infractions together, even through they have already been resolved. NCAA hasn’t found no NIL violation yet, so they trying to add all these under 1 compliance and they will not be successful. It’s obvious you have been watching CNN and like replying UT and really have no clue to what’s going on in the case.

Isn't Learfield the company that does
Learfield has had a longtime working relationship with Alabama, with Learfield-owned companies Paciolan and Sidearm Sports representing the athletics department for ticketing and its official website. Its licensing division CLC also has acted as the exclusive licensing agent for Alabama since 1981.

You can't truthfully answer the question.
Saban acted frustrated so he would act that he wasn't involved in their scheme. Because then he wouldn't be giving new cars away to players.
Sorry, saw through all that. St. Nick is no St. Nick.

We committed the unholy sins of letting a player hunt on some land and another player got to sleep on a couch when his GF kicked him out.
Let’s be honest, we did more than that.

I completely understand, I know exactly what I wrote and it was done intentionally. But I’ll break it down for you so you can understand. Learfield works for them and have done someone 1981. They sell Bama tickets for the shcool. The school hired them as their licensing agency when it comes to ticket sales and Bama sports gear. While they are not an actual person, they are still getting paid by the Bama to perform certain task for them. Do you understand that? They are a representative and an arm of the university. So if the ncaa is saying Spyre Sports Group is a booster, then so is Learfield if we are going by the same standard.

Why do you think the Big Ten and SEC announced a partnership this week? They all understand the implications of what the NCAA is doing with Tennessee and are drawing a line in the sand.
