Personally, I'd say both lose.

Both sides only care about this because of the basketball angle.

Alabama fans care more about Miller being allowed to play than justice for this poor girl's death. Let's be honest.

Can both not be true?

Bama has to play him. They’ve double downed on the fact that they knew everything and in their eyes everything he did is up to their standards for a student. If they sit him they’re admitting they were wrong. He will play the rest of the season and bama will just hope that people will forget about everything and that he will avoid being charged or sued until after the NCAA tourney.

If he plays, it says nothing of the facts in the case.

Just says that he is not being charged.

Most likely because he is the star of the team.

. . .and because Tuscaloosa.

What people are suggesting (fair or not), is that if Miles were the star player instead of a benchwarmer, he'd also be free of charges.

Of course he does. He's done nothing wrong and should not be suspended.

Miles was injured or out for most of the season when this happened and we were all very eager to see him return.

Yes, he has to play the shooter role tonight though.

I’m going to tune in to hear the chants. Cock fans need to step up and make it deafening.

I could see them sitting him, especially against USCe, without officially suspending him, and maintaining that he did nothing wrong, because of the distraction it would cause the team.
