I'm predictable. I know.
With that said, I like what the other guy mentioned. UA toots their own horn about gymnastics...LSU toots theirs about baseball. Hell, run with it.

There is no point in arguing with rickdaddy. He hates Alabama and thinks everything we do is either hypocritical or wrong. Nothing any Alabama poster says will sway him, so you would be wasting your time.

Yep, besides it makes no sense to bash a sport the Bayou Bengals are good at. LSU has a great gymnastics team ranking in the Top 10 and has one of the highest attendance rates in the country. Baton Rouge is frequently the downfall of the Gymnastics Elite. Hell, Florida, a team talent wise, BETTER than Bama lost to the Tigers in LSU two weeks ago. Alabama lost there a year or so ago.... and LSU was the last team to ever beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Their coach D-D Breaux, has brought LSU into the post season almost every year she's been there (30+) and their coaching staff includes a guy with like 8 national championship rings from Georgia.

I actually pull for Bama if they aren't playing LSU and like Bama. My two best friends are Bama born and raised. I don't hate Bama at all.

So who DOES have more FB NCs than Alabama? Notre Dame? USC? Michigan? Oklahoma? No. That is a stupid comparison.
But I'll tell you one thing, LSU is closing in on being in the Top 10 all-time for number of victories, and is already #8 all-time in bowl appearances. We are right on the heels of Tennessee as becoming the second-best SEC FB program all-time.
And we've held our own against you people in the last 30 or so years (15-15-1) and we've won 9 of the last 14 from you.
And your gymnastics is our baseball. 15 CWS appearances and 6 national titles. And Bama?
Also, your gymnastics is our track and field. 32 national championships. And Bama?
LSU also has 4 Golf National Titles. Bama?
Men's basketball is a wash. You people have more all-time wins, but LSU blows you away with # of Sweet 16, Elite 8 and Final Fours (4) and tourney victories, appearances and SEC titles. We also claim 5 of the greatest basketball players who ever lived: Sparky Wade, Bob Pettit, Pistol Pete Maravaich, Chris Jackson, and Shaquille O'Neal - at least 3 of whom are in the Hall of Fame.
Women's basketball - we also have you beat - 5 CONSECUTIVE Women's Final Fours.
Women's softball - Bama has the stronger program with a national title and CWS appearances, but LSU is a Top 5-10 softball program, and Top 2-3 in the SEC.
Overall, LSU has FORTY-SEVEN national championships. And Bama?
