Bama killed it today. They picked up some great athletes. I'm still bummed they plucked Haynes and Downs out of Georgia.

What makes you think Texas will ever get its shite together? Study their history and you will see a pattern of brief periods of being elite on the national stage followed by considerably longer periods of being slightly above average to mediocre. They padded their wins and conference titles in the old SWC.

Bama had the most talented team in the nation this year and look at what they did - their best win was against Texas. Lost to two teams they were vastly superior to on paper. I mean, at this point it's like they're being coached by Dan Mullen.
