Honestly, the Alabama melt over Lane was quite unexpected. Some of them are having a harder time than some of the Ole Miss baws, not including ManBear of course.

OLOL is a hospital system, not a "children's hospital".
He wasn't embezzling money to pay an LSU football player, the dad of the player was a part of his money laundering scheme, as were numerous other people.
The dude was an LSU donor, do we all want to be judged by our donors? Alabama has some skeletons in that closet.

And part of the $550,000 that Funes embezzled from LOL included stealing gift cards intended for child cancer patients. So yeah, he stole from kids. And $280,000 of that went to family members of Vadal Alexander and Rohan Davey. I am sure it was a coincidence that the families of LSU players received the money.
They probably spent it all on $100 blowjobs.

Funes was years ago, this dude was today.

I've read where he stole gift cards intended for cancer patients. Never saw it specified that they were children, other than here.

Rohan Davey had already been retired from the NFL for years when this scheme started.
Funes involved some people he knew, the only ones that made headlines were related to two LSU players, one past, one present.
