dipshits get confused because USF seems like a div 2 team compared to alabama, anyone thats not a perennial top 25 does. but South florida is probably the best non main program (ie. not
UF and F St) in Floirda

It'll be fun to see Bama play in a half filled Raymond James stadium

Alabama sells out in Atlanta and Dallas why would Tampa be different?

Why not go to Troy or South Alabama if you are going to take this path?

USF is a way better opponent than Troy or South Alabama. Plus Tampa is way better than Troy or Mobile.

frick Raymond James Stadium. The title game against Clemson was a shite show down there. The security snapped my old ladies pom pom shaker in half.

UAB is only a 45 minute drive.

Too far?

University...Alabama... Birmingham.

Same State, or not?

Alabama does not play schools from Alabama. The only exception is Auburn, and that basically had to be forced.

I love this if it isn’t our signature matchup

It's not. Texas is a Home and Home opponent for 2023 already, and USF makes for the 4th OOC opponent.

What people aren't realizing, is this actually means the FCS opponent will NOT be appearing on the Alabama schedule in 2023.

Mons Venus, dude.

Unless your gay, Raymond James is a great venue in a great location.

A game in Tampa is not a bad thing at all. You want to recruit South Florida and that gives you a game there for local recruits to come and see.

I think we are going to see a lot more 2-1 series in the years to come, especially for G5 teams in recruiting areas.

Plus its an early season game in Tampa. I tend to doubt that Alabama fans will be that annoyed going there to see a game. Its not like going to Michie Stadium in West Point, NY in October to play Army.

UCF has won 2 of 3 NY6 bowls and multiple conference titles. We’re not signing a 2 for 1 with anyone at this juncture. If people don’t like it, too bad!!!!!
