Already been posted, and they got back in the middle of a workday.

Not sure why a Clemson site would bother trolling Alabama. Y'all won you know

You do know that there was a hostage situation at a bank near where the players came back, and students were encouraged to stay away from that area.

Don't act like that had any tangible impact.

I'm sure they probably had a good crowd considering they hadn't gone to a NC in 30+ years.

IDK, that's sort of my question.
Even if there were quite a number of fans to show up at Greenville- Spartanburg airport last year, my guess is that 12 or less will show up next year in their return from the TaxSlayer Bowl.

so assume Clemson hasn't been recruiting good players?

i personanlly wouldn't go watch the players return. seems like a groupie thing.

but i think it is kind of obvious winning a natty isn't that special to alabama fans anymore.

They are spoiled.

And have short memories. They are a Mike Shula hire away from coming back down to earth again.

I am answering my own question:

LINK

FRom January 2016 article:

The Clemson Tigers didn't win the National Championship, but they returned to Death Valley Tuesday night as champions to the dozens of fans that welcomed them back

Ok, so "dozens" is more than a dozen.
I wouldn't get too whooped up over it.

..and Saban was peddling to recruits that Baton Rouge was a dangerous place.

If Bama had won, there would have been 1000s there.

30 minutes after a hostage situation where phone alerts were sent to all of the students? Doubtful.

I'll bet the trash cans at Raymond James Stadium were full of those dumb houndstooth hats and pompoms. They jump off the bandwagon as quickly as they jump on it
