Which program in the west has suffered the most damage from their dominance.......LSU or Auburn ?

Probably any of the other West teams who haven't won an SEC West title in the last 10 decade.

How many SEC West titles does Auburn have?
1?
1?

Neither have suffered. Both Auburn and LSU have performed better than their historical average since 1992, particularly LSU.
Stupid thread is stupid.

Actual damage to their program? Auburn.
Self-inflicted psychological damage due to unhealthy levels of obsession and overall fragility? LSU.

In the last decade? Two. Three if you go a year beyond that. How many do the rest of the SEC West outside of Auburn, Alabama and LSU have?

I would argue it has only made those 2 programs more competitive on the national stage. I would say the only program in the SEC that has suffered the most has been Florida.

Absolutely. Especially considering both schools have each won the NC and played for another during Saban's reign.

Saban is truly a miracle worker.
Who knows where Alabama would be today had either Spurrier or RichRod not turned them down?
