I disagree. Any team ranked in the top 10 would have a legitimate chance.

But it's coming. By years end it very well could be to go along with a good defense.

Win out to get to Atlanta would likely mean it got there and I said before the season the only team that could stop UGA was Alabama.

It’s entirely possible. I see the progression. There is some start of chemistry, but there’s still a lot of work to do. If not by the end of this year, next year I could Bama being a top 5 team if they can keep the defense together. Can’t get ripped apart by the portal again.

Not really. UGA is finally somewhat resembling healthy. Our D has had trouble getting sacs guess how many we got Sat? We had been starting slow did we look that way to you? Sat was the first time this year I’ve seen the UGA that is back to back champs. Realistically OSU would have the best chance because of our LB play currently running in man coverage.

Barely beat an unranked A&M team. I think any team in the top 5 would beat the brakes off of Bama.

I think Michigan is better than OSU this year, but we’re about to get into the meat of Big 10 play.

I wouldn't have agreed with this statement a year ago, but Alabama now has two major issues dealing with recruiting down the road.

The first is the blunder letting Learfield on campus. Whoever thought that it was good idea to let a third party open up at Bryant Denny must have pocketed some serious under the table cash. Any top level coach is going to point out that Learfied is in it to make money that would otherwise be going directly to the athletes. The fact that Learfield is on campus also legally makes them a De Facto client of the university and an automatic De Facto party in any lawsuits filed where promises were made and not fulfilled.

The second issue is that other coaches are going to point out is that Saban is close to retirement and may not be there for their development as a player bound for a professional career.

Whoever sold out Alabama for cash apparently wasn't thinking about what was best for Alabama football.

We can beat any team if we clean up the stupid penalties but we had the same problem all last year too. You would think the best college FB coach in history could fix it but so far, no.

Ole Miss has a stout running game and we have been slack against the run so I am concerned about that away game.

Ole Miss is at home.

So, basically you're telling us we're about to win our 3d straight national championship.

Thanks!

Georgia is currently number 23 in the nation against the rush at 103.7 yards per game.

But in reality, a significant number of yards came when Kirby put in the second and third string players.

If those yards were not included, Georgia would be around number 7 in total defense instead of number 11 in the country.

Right now I’m in agreement with you. Thought LSU might have a chance until the defense started giving up 40-50 points a game

Bama defense will keep them in any game and that will give them a chance to win

There are 5+ teams that could win a series vs UGA and quite a few more that could beat them on any given Saturday. Plus, a variety of other lower ranked teams could catch lighting in a bottle and walk away with win

I watched OSU struggle against Maryland. While Maryland self-destructed, any decent team would have driven OSU into the turf with no problem.
