But that's revisionist history. Had Wisconsin won by a single point = Bama out. Had OSU beat Wisconsin more convincingly, say 31-7, Bama = out.

At least LSU doesn't embarrass the SEC on a national stage, generally it takes fewer than 3 losses to even be in a position to do that.
