Kickers have to start as freshman or they are fricked. You look at just about every outstanding kicker and they started as true freshman. Unfortunately we get the top kicker recruits and make them back up some shitty kicker for a year or two and they lose their confidence and rhythm.
So you gotta play great kickers right away and we don't.
