Is it bad for me to wish that Dabo is crying at the end of the game?

Nah. I'm cheering for an Ebola outbreak at media day myself.

They don't know, I'm sure they will score some, but I hope Burrow puts up 70 to offset that.

They haven't seen anything like Burrow.
Still, Venables has had ample time prepare for it. LSU hasn't seen the caliber of defense Clemson will run out on to the field. So, all things being equal, it will be a 4qtr game and the team that can control the t.o.p
in the 4th qtr will win the game. Question...how is CEH? If healthy, LSU.
If not, sad to say, The Yabba Dabo's.

Last year I think Clemson's D Line was better and forced Tua to scramble a lot. If they can do it again to Burrow, then they'll probably win.

Have you seen Burrow scramble? It usually ends up in either a big gain or a touchdown. Flushing Burrow out of the pocket isn’t a good strategy because of the talent level and chemistry of and between he and his receivers.

If you can contain him in the pocket and get pressure, then maybe you can force a bad throw. But once the WRs break off their routes when Joe scrambles it’s almost certain that at least one will get open and Joe will find him and hit him for a big gain.

This Clemson is nothing like last year

Similar O

Lost 3 first rounders on DL, they barely had to blitz us and just played shadow coverages to confuse Tua

I expect a good game because BV can gameplan with the best of them, but LSU wins and covers IMO

Since Clemson doesn't employ a cheetah package, the only way for them to pressure Burrow is via blitzing and Burrow destroys teams that blitz him. Plus Burrow is unreal when making off-platform throws.

They are kind of damned if they do and damned if they don't. Which is why no one has been able to stop LSU's offense yet this season.

This Clemson team is not close to last years.

I agree with Peej, LSU by double digits.

if LSU, LSU’s, they win by 10-20 points! Clemson’s defense isn’t remotely close to what they had last year.
I don’t see JB letting this game get away from his team. You guys will miss JB more than you know next year, not only because he’s a great QB, but a true leader on the field!
Good luck and Geaux Tigers (LSU) that is!
