A lot of you guys have been reasonable in this conversation, but for those of you flaming, let me hand you a mirror.

They won't reply to this because they can't. Everyone's her own narrative, and it proves that they're just out to get LSU and Kiffin

Because in the grand scheme of all of this conversation, they’re the only ones that have rostered and played an actual professional athlete.

I wouldn’t have cared if they won every game or lost every game, I just want to remind them to sit down and stay quiet on this situation.

Lane didn’t even roster these boys, LSU never sued anyone - and I’m reading all this nonsense about lack of institutional control and what not. Seems they have forgotten about who they are.

I notice there isn’t a single other poster in this thread outside of LSU fans.

So curious.

Are you this ignorant or just being intentionally obtuse? What SEC rule did Alabama violate in connection with Bediako? The one that the SEC just passed unanimously (with LSU voting in favor) on August 25, 2026?

What ended up happening in that situation? After the court ruled?

I've asked this a couple of times now from LSU fans and haven't received an answer. Can you post the SEC RULE that was instituted before the NEW RULE came out on August 25th of 2026, this year. If Alabama broke a previous rule, why the need for the NEW Rule 8/25/2026? I'll hang up and listen.

And maybe now the skies are parting and sense is coming into the conversation. What rule did LSU currently break?

Alabama was not sued because Bediako played months before this specific SEC policy existed, under a temporary order in his case against the NCAA. Sankey opposed his eligibility, and when the court denied further protection, Alabama stopped playing him. What exactly was the SEC supposed to sue Alabama for at that point?
