Everyone cheats. Get over it.
Some people through the REC. Some people go through churches. Some even through hospitals. But everyone cheats.

Pointing fingers at your rivals and saying, "They're cheaters" is a loser's mentality.

Arkansas has cheated in the past but on a very small scale. Not enough that the NCAA made a serious investigation. They weren't willing to play the games and so over the years have lost a lot of instate players.
Frank Broyles wasn't going to let Arkansas go full outlaw like many football programs had. The NCAA had a much bigger bite and they weren't going to ignore them unlike today. That is why Jimmy Johnson wasn't hired because he left Oklahoma State on probation. The same with Barry Switzer.
Now that the NCAA is a shell and doesn't enforce the rules. I don't blame anyone if that is what it takes from being last each year. I don't like it but now it looks like it is a necessary evil.
