This is good for college football and good for Tech and I’m all for it. I need Tech to quit sucking and get their shite together - lotta tradition in Atlanta that is hanging onto relevancy by a thread. Bama and Tech brings back tales of Namath, Dodd, Lothridge, Bear, Kim King, Al Ciraldo, and the Constitution and Journal vs the Birmingham papers back when Atlanta was a million miles ahead.

This is one of those series like Tennessee and Auburn that needs to be played more.

As much as it pains me to say this, props to the Alabama administration for recognizing that they have a scheduling problem and fixing it. T

2026 will be a fun year for Bama fans. 3 very good out of conference teams plus the SEC schedule, this is what the fans love to see.

Hopefully we will improve over the next few years. Rivals had our 2020 recruiting class at #21 yesterday, but I see it was changed to #24 today. Either way, pretty good for a 3-9 team and ahead of Ole Miss, Miss State, Vandy, Arkansas, and Mizzou. On a related note, it is pretty amazing that 9 SEC teams are in the Rivals top 20 recruiting class.
