From the angle behind the pile you can see his knee never hit very clearly until forward progress stopped. The ball was a foot over the line.

but you can't see that his knee didn't touch at all, and that's the problem. call would have stood as called on the field.. it does 99% of the time on the goal line.

your kick off coverage is smoking for sure.
