Red zone offense seems to be exactly the same issue for all the top SEC teams. Florida and LSU have a shitload of issues scoring there too.

Serious rules question. Jam within 5 yards is legal. If the DB is in the process of jamming and the ball is thrown how is that interpreted?

There is no "5 yd rule" in NCAA. There is a "1 yd contact" rule. If the DB hits the receiver within one yard....no PI on a quick throw.
