Who's the other dude?
Another football player?
Eta: I'm worried that this sort of shite goes on way too often and the new federal regs on college investigations are just making it harder to cover up. And I'm obviously not singling out Tennessee here.

The other player is backup CB Mike Williams. Rumor is that the girl refused to press charges and didn't go to the hospital for a rape kit either.

Tennessee should be more familiar with this than Auburn. Remember Daniel Hood. I cant think of an Auburn player who has been accused of rape

That could mean anything. As for football, it will greatly increase their chances of not being suspended.

There's a reason it's referred to as The Fulmer Cup

Tennessee linebacker A.J. Johnson has been named in a sexual assault investigation, Knoxville television station WBIR reported Monday.
The incident under investigation occurred at the Woodlands apartment complex in Knoxville, police told WBIR.
Jimmy Hyams of Knoxville radio station WNML reported that two Tennessee players were reportedly involved in an alleged rape, according to a UT spokesman, but did not name the players. The incident occurred about 3 a.m. Sunday after a party at the apartment of a Tennessee player.
Neither Tennessee player has been charged as of yet, Hyams reported, but the investigation in ongoing. According to Hyams' source, one of the two alleged victims in the case has said she will press charges while the other will not.
Johnson was one of two Tennessee players arrested back in February when officers were called to a party at another apartment complex. He was charged with resisting arrest and providing alcohol for persons under the age of 21.
Johnson, a 6-foot-2, 245-pound senior from Gainesville, Ga., is second in the SEC in tackles in 101.

One of alleged victims has indicated she will press charges. The other - a college student from So. Florida institute -- said she won't.

Neither UT football player has been charged. The investigation is ongoing. At least one alleged female victim had a rape forensic exam.

Please explain why it's called the Fulmer Cup if you know the reason. We were never the worst offenders as evidenced by the fact that we've never won it. Here's the facts: It's called the Fulmer Cup because some a-hole Florida fans ( I know - that's redundant) thought of it first.

Seriously?
They look for signs of force and for evidence of sexual contact.

I'd prefer fewer rape jokes in a thread about actual rape. But I may be a bit old fashioned.
