I think Duke should be in over two lane or James madison. Say what you want about the ACC but it is stronger than Tulane and James Madison's conference. You should never let two non-powered five teams in at all and I personally don't think you should let one in unless they're undefeated

If you don't like 11 and 12 call Stankey, he agreed to the rules.

They’re guessing. I just looked at the Vegas odds.

Might change tomorrow, but right now

Duke +1800
Miami +135
Bama -270
ND -2000

Why HTH carries less weight...Miami has two losses against non-top 25 teams and its victory at home was at the beginning of the season. ND has been more impressive against higher caliber opponents since that game.

Except they haven’t. You might want to look at common opponents too.

And it was a 3 point win for Miami at home which is the spread given to a home team.

Also, ND started a redshirt freshman playing his first game and had a new DC that did not know how to play ND man coverage defense.

Notre Dame and Miami should be in over Oklahoma.

ND beat SC (victors over Michigan), Boise State (MWC Champs), NC State (victors over VA & GT), and ARK by over 40 pts in Fayetteville, AR, whereas TX A&M barely beat them 48-45.

Ole Miss soundly beat Tulane 45-10 earlier in the season.

There’s no way bama & ND will be left out. They’re both media darlings regardless of their losses.

And which of those were common opponents and how did that go?

Tulane and JMU being in is crying shame. Vandy or Texas would beat the snot out of them. What a joke

No matter the “rules” and setup, it’s atrocious that both are in there. Certain teams being left out is going to get people raising hell about another expansion.

When probably two of the first round games are going to need crime scene tape around it after the clock hits 0.00, we don’t need expansion, we need common friken sense.

“But but but JMU deserves to be in”. JMU and the 3,000 fans that may travel don’t deserve shite. They play in a crap conference with a crap schedule. They have 0.0000001 chance of even making the championship game, and less of winning it.

It’s a waste of time that is going to waste a poorly watched first round game.
