Two runners late in the game were stopped at third and never came around to score. Even though one was a great double play, we have to be more aggressive....

From an article I read, this was a way for them to level the playing field between men and women collegiate Athletes. Send your payment via certified mail. That way you have proof you submitted the payment. Only thing I can think of to do....
