I own 2 MH parks. Get with the parish before you spend any money. Most parishes don’t want more parks & make it next to impossible to build a new one. As another poster commented. Lot rent is a great way to go. I charge $300/mo for a lot rental fee. ...

I started out the same way. 1st house I bought I rented bedrooms to friends. Bought a smaller house for myself & kept renting. Now I own 46 rentals. I love section 8 also. If you have to evict a tenant they run the chance of losing their voucher which is extremely hard to get. Like others have said…...
