I think a lot less of him today. Sold out his integrity to work for a PoS.
Watching his decision rattle you makes me love the hire even more.

A coach that used to be there.... their fans will probably tell how bad the guy what, but if he was still there, they'd be touting him as a damn good coach.

Did he get fired from Syracuse? He’s being demoted back to a position coach?

Not seething. Disappointed that he sold his integrity or what was left of it. Like I said he did coach with Fisher

Except for one guy acting like a douchebag, the other Ags in this thread are congratulating LSU on getting a good guy.

Comments like yours always seem so childish to me. Not even worthy of “smack talk” designation.

Exactly. Elijah Robinson is a great coach and a great recruiter, and LSU fans are right to be head over heels about getting him. And Ags have admitted as much, and almost to a man are just congratulating LSU.

No. Seems like he is hoping to land a DC job elsewhere. Not sure he gets that, but can’t blame him for testing the market.

I was sad to hear ERob was leaving and hoped he’d do well at Syracuse. I wish him the best even if he lands at LSU. The Tigers will be blessed to have him.

GREAT recruiter, SUBPAR coach.

We had the highest rated linemen, but very average to abive
avg lines, even thiugh our DL went on to do great in NFL, and im not talking about our stars.

Recentlly, post E.R.., our DL have been rated lower, but playing better.

LSU has no oroblem recruitomg great DL- i think they should focus on great coaches.

I will say Robinson was extremely popular and well liked by players and fans at A&M.

That was sort of the rub on his exit at A&M. He was really angling for the HC position and that’s why he left for Syracuse. Tried to poach recruits on his way out.

So he'd fit in perfect with Lane.
