A&M is a really solid team, do not want to play again

At least if it happens, Texas should have their best two hitters in the lineup, so there’s that

Aggies gave UT their toughest conference series to date even if it was a sweep… nothing to feel down about. If I was LSU I would be very concerned, they HAVE to take that series… and they’re playing well enough to do it

I’m not sure this is confirmed

has there ever been a greater coaching change impact in college sports?
sure plenty of great coaches have left and programs suffered, but have any moved directly and resurrected the programs arch rival?

Yeah I don’t want to see A&M again unless it’s in Omaha
Let someone else have fun with drawing the Aggies

Now I’m sure the committee will find a way to match their regionals

Idk, even when it’s Texas turn to struggle (injuries, low production, etc), we still squeak it out. Not sure if that’s Schloss or what

Oh, it’s Schloss. What he’s doing this year is utterly amazing. Just look at how much your team has improved from last year under Pierce to this year.

Schloss is the runaway coach of the year even if Texas goes 0-2 in regional play this year (they won’t though).

I like how the horns managed to get a favorable home SEC schedule in both football and baseball(especially baseball).

Texas has two tough road series coming up at Arkansas and at OU

OU has been playing really well

No doubt and the team we play at home (Florida) is playing better these days also

Thankful Texas has played well to give themselves some margin for error. Could need it with the tough schedule to finish

And statistically likely they will drop one of those series

That said, this is a mentally tough Texas team. They have shown they have what it takes to do post season damage. This series helped mold that even more.

Keep in mind this past weekend Texas had just lost their ace (unknown if coming back) and was missing some hitting pieces that should be available for post season.

Fair just not sure what that has to do with me calling out dipshit Texas fans for behaving like scrubs.

Step 1) Be a Man

Step 2) Win

Step 3) Don't do shite else

100% Schloss.

Weiner's & Schloss's pitching management is A+. Today is the 1st time I've seen them let a pitcher walk 2 guys in a row (3 actually). I like pulling a starter after he's done his job (~ 4-5 innings) and starts losing his control or velocity, before he walks the bases full.

He has that stone face demeanor of Gustafson & Garrido. Calm & steady. I haven't seen him erupt yet; I'm not sure if he's that guy. He acts like we're going to win, and we win.

Pierce made that sour puss face when ever things weren't going for Texas. Players picked up on that. He never understood the mystique; "We're Texas, we're going to win."

They just put way too much pressure on themselves to get revenge, and they felt the weight of the entire fan base on their shoulders. sometimes that can work against you

They've been doing that for decades...

Maybe but this was different. That team has heard, for a solid year, how they’re going to get revenge this year and that’s a lot of pressure to put on a team.
Even with that pressure, they could’ve won any of those three games. That’s a good baseball team, regardless of record

Remember when the said that losing Schloss wouldn’t hurt

I sure as hell didn’t. I was at work when Texas posters started celebrating, and it absolutely ruined my day.

I’d still rather have Earley, but there’s zero doubt that Schloss is one of if not the best coach in the game right now.
