You might not want to jeopardize them getting hurt against Mizzou. Your back-ups can beat us by 17 but I understand you can get some great stats sat. One thing about being a Mizzou fan your Saturdays don't have much to do with football. It was cool when we were in the Big 8 and then the Big 12 when Pinkel was a coach we had a decent chance most every Sat. And in Basketball we were always competing for a conference title with storming norman. It is hard to see how getting into the SEC. helped anything at all. We won the East 2nd and 3rd years when the east was weaker but since then not to good.

They need the practice, at least on offense

Yea Missouri athletics has been a major disappointment in the SEC. I at least expected an above average basketball team to boost the conference profile. No offense to Mizzou fans, but the marriage was just a mistake. Couldn’t have been foreseen.

I'm concerned about us stopping your offense given how poorly we played against MSU.

SEC made a huge committment in basketball and that left us behind. In a 3 year span we won 7 conference game and lost 47. We only get 3 star players except the one year we got the brother's becaue their dad coached there. I guess the positive thing is, I don't waste money driving to Columbia anymore and I can play golf on saturdays since watching is no fun either.

I will probably start a thread on this. But could you inform me on current seating at Columbia/Mizzou? I saw that the hill seating has G1, G2 etc but their the same price. The seating would be picking a random spot on the hill, right?

The Hill is essentially SRO, but will only have college students or families w/ little kids, as it gives them a place to run around. You’ll be able to find seats at your convenience, not sure of weather forecast, but if it’s forecast to be warm & sunny, you’ll be eating a face full of it seated anywhere on the E. side of the stadium. W. side seating is alumni/season ticket holders but I’m sure you can find more than a few seats available on tix sites, wear your Aggie gear and I’m sure you’ll get more than few rounds thrown your way, especially after knocking off ‘Bama.

I'll be at Faurot. Kiddo wasn't too excited about having to leave at 8am to make it over to Columbia though. :)

Should be a good game, Missouri always played us tough in the Big 12.

A&M gets Missouri and South Carolina this year?

frick Jimbo really has no excuse for not making the SECCG now that he's proven he has the talent to get past Saban.

We have South Carolina as a permanent cross division game. Don't fault A&M for USCe sucking

I'm wanting to buy my ticket soon. What section are you in? How much did you pay, if you don't mind me asking

no shite, but it sort of tarnishes the Bama win given how you guys had almost as easy a path as possible and even managed to clear the only real hurdle.

But then us and State happened.

Well we also lost our starting QB before we played you and State. Imagine if Hornsby was starting for you how your year would be going. That guy is a great athlete but awful QB.

It tarnished nothing. Teams change as the season progresses. Most teams progress the most from game 1 to game 2.

Ours happened later in the season for obvious reasons. The piglets would want nothing to do with A&M these days.

Enjoy your moment this season and enjoy headed right back to the basement
