Aggie Park

This beautification project will transform 20 acres in the heart of campus into enhanced outdoor spaces for study and relaxation, tailgating, entertainment and recreation for students and visitors. The project, which is envisioned as “an outdoor MSC,” will include additional and enhanced tailgating space, water features, an outdoor amphitheater, a performance pavilion, public Wi-Fi, and dedicated media utilities for national broadcasts, permanent Distinguished Alumni recognition, and improved infrastructure. A new building operated by The Association of Former Students will be programmed for year-round use, providing flexible and functional space for Aggie Ring Day and other events.

I think it will be finished Summer of 2022. Looks like a nice place for ESPN GameDay to set up! The response from Recruits and their families is they are blown away by this.

enhanced tailgating space

Looks very nice, but if I can't pull my car up there, I am not tailgating.

Have you ever been to an LSU tailgate on game day?

Oh wait.. I forgot.. your school has grass Nazis walking around telling everyone to stay off the grass.

Additionally, as soon as game day is over, the campus is promptly cleaned up and things are back to normal.

I'd rather go party at LSU on game day than walk around and look at ugly chicks in cowgirl boots at A&M.

On 3 separate occasions. It’s great for entertainment purposes but LSU fans are drunken trash and so is Baton Rouge. This works out to LSU’s benefit in Tiger Stadium so don’t even try to deny it for a second. It’s one of the reasons Tiger Stadium is one of the toughest places to play.

Is it really too hard to stay off the grass outside of 1 building that is a memorial? Seems like an easy ask. Just FYI you even have to remove your hat while inside there too. Shocking, I know.

LSU fans are either too drunk or too stupid to understand the concept of not walking on grass or not throwing up on themselves and others.

None from me. I love the f_cking school, and honestly they've been nothing but a positive for the Conference ever since joining.
