Alabama has such a rich tradition in College Football but such a poor quality of life outside of football. I just can't imagine living in such a hideous state. At least the following schools have something to look forward to besides college football.

Florida- Beaches and beautiful women and professional sports-
LSU- Bourbon Street and professional sports
Tenn- Professional Sports
GA- A-town and professional sports
Kentuck- Derby
Vanderbilt- Professional team and downtown Nashville

I catch up on my reading. I have 5 authors that I like to read. I will dabble in some college BB but love college softball when it starts. College baseball is aight but way too slow.

I will go on a net flix bing. at my age it is not about the beach or big city entertainment.

Alabama is actually a very pretty state with quite a bit of things to do and is very closely located to even better areas

Louisiana has a city that smells like garbage 365

Plenty of sports. NFL playoffs. College hoops. Golf. Braves baseball.

Offseason is more sports season

Personally, I bask in my superiority over people who start threads like this.

Work to send tax dollars to surrounding states to keep up their states. Because we all know their professional sports (aside from maybe the falcons) are worth a damn or doing anything for their states.

Gulf Shores is as nice as any beach in the country.

I will do what I did during the season fish and more fishing. Redfish are pretty good right now.

I thought Alabama was a net taker when it came to tax dollars.

Edit, ok 14 then

A couple of things come to my mind when you ask that question, Alabama has a few good beaches(Part of the Redneck Rivera) decent bars (Half of one of the best bars ever is in Alabama The Flora-Bama) and great golf (part of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail).
