I don't see anyone beating LSU...they can't lose. Its been proven by boat racing an ACC team which has been on the decline for what, 3, 4 seasons? LSU can't lose.

Out of LSU's 9 League games, 5 are on the road. Nothing is guaranteed. The Black Bear's RB Lacy was a bit banged up on Sunday, the first game of their season. Every team in the League has a player they can't afford to lose to injuries.

LSU is about to give the Mannings a real reason to hate them - other than wrecking Eli in 2003 of course.

What is the story behind that? Why don't the Mannings like LSU, their hometown school?

and at Tennessee (all wins)

Not happening.

LSU loses 3/4 of these.

Tennessee
Alabama (most likely game LSU might win)
Texas
Texas A&M

Let’s ignore the fact that New Orleans is the Manning’s home, not Baton Rouge.

Do you know when it became their “hometown school”? Was it before or after Archie played for Ole Miss at the height of the LSU-Ole Miss rivalry?

I mean, did you really ask this dumb arse question?

Afraid I did. I don't know much about Louisiana. Could I trouble you to answer my question though? Is there any substance to the Mannings not liking LSU or is that fiction?

The answer is literally in the rhetorical question I asked you.

Archie Manning didn’t grow up in Louisiana, he grew up in Mississippi.

Other than at Ole Miss where is LSU’s other loss this year?

I don't see LSU losing to Ole Miss if they play like they did against Clemson. Loss or losses could come against one or two of Texas, Alabama, Tennessee or aTm.

Sure but he was a NO Saint. It's not hard to conceive that the Mannings would have some affinity for their "home" college team and it would be of interest if the opposite was true.

Being a New Orleans Saint has nothing to do with LSU.

Are all Dallas Cowboys players atomically fans of Texas?

I usually say don’t be dumb, but that ship has sailed for you.

You've been asking a question that amounts to believing a great player from Oklahoma would become a fan of Texas after playing for the Cowboys or Texans in the NFL

Kiffin is not taking a loss to bama at Death Valley this year.

Since 1969, LSU is 4-22-1 against Alabama in Baton Rouge. Lane Kiffin is winless against Alabama in his career as HC. But yeah, there's no way LSU loses to Bama in Death Valley this year.

Not really. Texas has many universities playing NCAA football in Power4 conferences aside from UT-Austin. Louisiana has one. LSU. It's not out of mind to think a former New Orlean Saint with plenty of ties to the city and state would not think somewhat kindly of the local state school that also plays big time football.

You are refusing to understand people from Ole Miss hate LSU. It is essentially their defining characteristic.

Not refusing, just unaware. Thanks for letting me know this aspect.
