Only a fool wouldn't take that aspect into consideration when determining a team's PAST strength of their opponent.

Yes Alabama schedules their own post season opponents...

Seems that you're being purposefully obtuse about this. What's important, how hard you think your schedule is going to be, or how hard your schedule actually was? When you're in a playoff with three other of the best teams in the country, it's pretty easy to determine their quality.

Advice to jimdog: figure out a way to get a life and stop thinking about LSU.

Why so triggered? I'm sure Alabama will end up with a fine SOS.

No need to get upset.

I want to know why Bama and Auburn are scared to play Troy.

I am?

The argument is about Alabama's schedule, the one they choose. No one cares about the postseason aspect of it except fans like you that throw it in as a red herring to the argument.

FWIW, I dont really care about the strength of Bama's schedule, I am merely laughing at the OP's and yours, use of postseason in the argument

Most of those are reg season however it doesn't matter. The games count even more and are even more competitive in the post season title chase. Which makes it even more impressive. Further no school in America has played the reg season schedule that Bama has over the past ten years. Top 10 toughest ll 10 years and number 1 toughest 4 of those.

I find it amusing that people talk about "strength of schedule" before the season when no games have been played. You dumb bastards obviously don't realize that you've got to look at it after the season's over to see who played the harder schedule. It's not what you think is gonna happen, it what DOES happen that counts.

Hey LSUHobnailBoot, awaiting access to Georgia board so can’t reply there but wondering if you still have that parking pass for MTSU? Please email at jayrsports@gmail.com. Thanks!

You make sense at times, I guess, unless your subject is Bama and football. And that triggers your insecurity. Ok, some games you play count toward your record and others don't if that pleases you. Auburn's real 2017 record was 10-2 since the UGA and UCF losses were some sort of exhibitions and the scores didn't matter.
