Advice on Fayetteville Tailgating

Flying up tomorrow morning, should get there in time for a few hours of pre-gaming. I went back in 2004 (was also on 9/11) and recall the guy on the tarmac saying "Welcome to God's Country" as we deboarded. Then we got in a car and listened to the local sports radio channel where drunken hog fans predicted a sip slaughter. We won a close one.
Awesome stadium, beautiful town, and the hatred was REAL, but more so from the baby boomers. You haven't lived until you've had a 60+ year old, nicely dressed lady scream C*CKS*CKER in your face for wearing orange.
Anyway, looking for more of the same. Any spots to recommend that we can't miss?

Hog fans are normally very hospitable to opposing fans.
Not tomorrow, expect to be treated like shite.

We aren't sitting in the visitor's section either.
Gonna be a good one.

There is a little street reserved specifically for the visiting teams to tailgate on. It's near the stadium so you can walk to it. Look for Dickson street. No Hog fans will be there. Wear your Sherbet Orange and play The Eye's Of Texas on your phone and the other UTerus fans will find you.

call in Wright's BBQ a day early and have it delivered

There will be a lot of Texas fans there this weekend. I’m guessing about 10k, maybe more. I’m heading over to Dickson Street around 1:00 pm. TBD which watering hole will get my business.
It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the stadium from most of the bars there.

No matter what you do, you won't be able to match Ohio State fans for shittiness. Do your worst.

Looks like you will be prepared to visit Baton Rouge! They train the kids to tiger bait your arse though

Hit Dickson St. on the way to the stadium. Plenty of bars to have a drink at (at least there used to be, don't know what effects covid have had on the bar scene). Carry lots of cash (they don't take cards on gameday) and talk smack to every hog fan you see. Enjoy!

If you like your visit I'd suggest coming up in the fall when the leaves start to turn for a few days to see the sights. NW Arkansas is, in my humble opinion, one of the nicest places in the US and I've been to a few places over the years.
Unless, that is, you are looking to move up there. In which case we are riddled with BLM/far right militias (whichever you find most worrisome), our homeless crisis is so bad that people in San Francisco and Austin make fun of us, and a secret cannibal hillbilly cult preys on outsiders.

Tailgating in Fayetteville has been different than most of the other SEC West venues, in my experience. It's closer to Austin in that people hit 6th/Rainey/Dickson moreso than tailgate on campus all day. They don't start as early either.

Check out Sassy's Red House or Herman's Ribhouse if you're doing lunch.
You can walk up Razorback Road from Baum stadium and see all the tailgating you want. There will also be plenty set up just north of the stadium both across the street and even in lot 44. Most folks will be friendly and will only spit in your beer.
Dickson St. is great, but I never wore an ugly orange shirt down there...I'd recommend going before the game if you're gonna wear that.

You seem like you’d be a lot of fun at parties.
