Very interesting. Wonder if the ESPN layoff is delaying this?

If the ACC collapses., I could see this...

SEC- UVA, UNC

BIG- Duke, BC (ND being the 17th basketball school)

B12- FSU, VT, UM, GT, CU, NCSU

AAC- WF, SU, UL, PITT

OU has the no 22 defense, but that only because you haven't played Baylor, TCU and Ok St yet.

Are all OK fans like this? Do they all long for a SEC invitation which they will never get?

They had themselves convinced an SEC invite was coming this summer. That isn't a joke

A&M would steam roll Oklahoma this year. Y'all lost to tu. You're going to get molested by TCU, Baylor and Oklahoma State.

I saw what USC's no name RBs did you your lil defense. What do you think Perine and Mixon would do to them?

I think they were invited and declined so we went with Mizzou instead. They didn't want to leave Texas.

Their melts to losing to GT type schools are lame.

As opposed to UF fans who handle losing to Georgia Southern so well. Gator fans acting like they have so much more prestige than FSU and yet they each have three NCs. You gator fans are so full of yourselves. Basically irrelevant in the late 80s and early 1990s when the U and FSU were must see tv. Gators were a laughing stock until mid to late 1990s and now they act like they have a voice. Pathetic tater.

But we were obsessing about an SEC invite all summer long even though there were no invites going out to anybody. Ain't ya heard?

Give us ONE thread without this aTm vs OU pissing match.

I gave an honest assessment from my perspective (that didn't even single out OU) and I got called out by a Sooner.

I am happy to to lay down my sword, but some of your Sooner buddies have this massive case of insecurity all of a sudden that is percolating up across the forum.

Clemson and FSU fit in the best, IMO, but obviously offer no new states.

If the SEC wants to expand its footprint, then the states of North Carolina and Virginia are the obvious choices.

UNC and UVA are probably the best combo of academic prestige and solid athletics. They are a bit on the uppity side though.

Va Tech and NC State offer new markets and would fit in reasonably well.

I'd prefer the SEC to sit tight, but if it has to expand into new markets then some combo of UNC, UVA, Va Tech, and NC State would be best.

You back for more dick sucker?

You are more loyal to me than a puppy. I'm going to call you Spot.

I like that I have my own puppy here. Good boy Spot.

Your pathetic floor wetting here is mildly entertaining so I'll keep tossing you a treat here and there so you'll not wander off.

I think there has been talk that the B1G would go after Va Tech and UNC. SEC may go get NC State and UVA. AAC probably gets Louisville, Syracuse, BC and Pitt. Big 12 to get FSU, Ga Tech, Clemson, WF, Duke.

As a UNC alum and fan, I'd love to get UVA and join the SEC. Hopefully that'd get our administration to place more focus on football
