At least the Washington medical staff had access to a MRI.
Seems like it took at least a month.

You realize you are comparing a cancerous brain tumor to a knee ligament? I just want to make sure you realize that.
Alabama had a punter play an entire season with a torn ACL.
Maybe you don’t know, but head/brain injuries are in a different category than orthopedic ligament injuries. That is why we have all the crazy targeting rules, concussion protocols and other guidelines regarding player safety. A torn ACL may impact a person’s athletic ability. But it isn’t going to cause them to have to relearn how to speak, feed and dress themselves. But there are some LSU fans in this very thread that struggle with that. And they haven’t had a brain tumor or stroke.

Since you are an expert on this, how long do you expect until there is some resolution to this case? If it does go to trial, since Brian Kelly is named as a defendant, how long do you think his testimony will last? Do you know if Brooks and his family have any additional interviews lined up with any more national news programs?

Greg Brooks the day before he returned to practice. Said he was "feeling better" and "back to himself again." This was on August 14, 2023. He first started having symptoms on August 5, 2023.
This was on August 29, 2023, before the opener against FSU. At around the 4:15 mark, he says he's 100 percent and "all straight now.," when asked about his vertigo symptoms
Youtube Link
You can draw your own conclusions from that. But that last video was 2 weeks prior to him being operated on. If he's telling people he's all good, why would they feel the need to have him checked out further?

no he's not.
The listed defendants are LSU, the LSU Board of Supervisors, and OLOL Medical Center
Here is a copy of the actual Petition

And his dad has been proven to tell an outright boldface lie on GMA. Sure is hard for BK haters to keep up the charade regarding this incident but I have faith they will anyway.

From your link.
Brian Kelly is absolutely listed as one of the “LSU” defendants. It is right there in black and white.

that's' not listing him as a defendant
Read page one. The "parties" (aka, defendants) are in a section in all caps titled "PARTIES." They're also listed in the caption of the case. Brian Kelly being referenced in the allegations does not make him a defendant. Please stop trying to play lawyer. You're not good at it.

captdalton is an IRL trashy retard.
There's no other explanation for his behavior in this thread.

I posted a screenshot of it and you still can’t figure it out.
Look on the brightside, this may be the way LSU gets off the hook for Kelly’s buyout.

That you think that screenshot shows he's a defendant to the lawsuit is amazing and sad
That you're double-downing on that idiotic take is even worse

The biggest difference being that the alleged negligent behavior of the Washington coaches could have potentially caused his injury.
LSU didn't cause Brooks to have a brain tumor.

Dude is so obsessed over LSU and such an a-hole that he dug through a legal release to dunk on them.
Then he’s such a retard he has no concept of what he read.
This is awesome

Who do you legal eagles think they are referring to when they repeatedly reference the “LSU defendants”?
Here is a hint.
Here is a hint.
quote:
Kelly and the other LSU employees, or agents of LSU (the team doctors), are referred to as “LSU defendants” throughout the lawsuit. Item 6 says they “had a duty to make protecting student-athletes a priority over winning football games, but instead chose to establish and engage in a pattern of conduct in which winning football games was more important than protecting student-athletes from harm.”

Read page one. The petition tells you what it means
Kelly is not a defendant. His employer. LSU, is.
I really don’t know for the life of me why you keep digging in. I’m an actual attorney. You are an imbecile
