Yep. So we have to appreciate the doubters for keeping expectations in check. Thanks y’all.

Just stating facts

Here is a fact for you. A&M just beat the shite out of the team that beat you the week before.

Here is another fact for you. UTrans will forever be known as the only university in the history of man to throw a dildo parade and then display one to commemorate the event.

Yep and embarrassed the entire state in the process. Prior to that I had some respect. That ruined it. Not exactly Texas values.

Make no mistake Aggy, I despise you, but I am pulling for you here. Run the table in the SEC then lose in the playoffs.

When these type of threads come up, my first thought is to take a look at the preseason all SEC teams And Odds to win the SEC or make the SEC championship game

Preseason All-SEC teams…

First Team:

RB: Le’Veon Moss

That’s it.

Second Team:

OL: Armaj Reed-Adams
OL: Chase Bisontis
OL: Trey Zuhn III
DB: Will Lee III

Third Team:

LB: Taurean York

That’s it.

Preseason Odds to win the SEC Title:
Texas +290
Georgia +300
Alabama +490
LSU +600
Texas A&M +1500

Tceh is having one heck of a season this year. Congrats!

I know of several t'sips that quit donating to tu after the parade. They were thoroughly embarrassed by the whole event and could not believe faculty not only endorsed it but spoke at the event as well.

Good luck with the rest of the season. My mom was a Tceh grad. Maybe we will meet up in the post season.

They have 4 road SEC games left. 8&4 is still a real possibility.

And Samford is the only gimme left.

I could see them losing to Arkansas, LSU, and Texas.

Back to back to back on the road with the last 2 ranked is not easy. The schedule thus far has been a gift, not just with opponents but with home game after home game. If Aggy can manage all these consecutive road SEC games, they will have earned a trip to ATL.

I will be deeply satisfied and kinda shocked if we go 2-1 over the next three games.

I live in Lubbock and it’s good to see Tech doing so well. My son and daughter-in-law went to Tech. All Tech fans despise A&M and I’m not sure why. Tech has always been my favorite team after A&M. Good luck the rest of the way, unless you end up playing A&M.

That’s why winning a championship is such a difficult feat — the stars have to align, all the variables (ones you can and can’t control) have to go your way, and the underlying talent and consistency has to be there, week in and week out. Nobody needs reminding how big a task that is in the SEC.

It’s still way too early to be making plans for Atlanta, but I like how Elko has this team dialed in and focused on the task at hand each week. The stage is set for a potentially special season.

Regardless of the outcome of the season, I think we are still on a good trajectory for year two of a complete program rebuild.

But the dildo was named “Big Boy” and is proudly displayed in a glass case in the Student Union. It’s alive every day.

Oh please.

They are at LSU, at Texas
and at Mizzou over the last 6 games.

Surviving that undefeated will not be easy at all.

And my daughter and son-in-law went to TAMU. I dont hate TAMU at all. Good school. But as a Raider, I'm required by tradition to hate your football team.

But that doesn't change the fact that you guys have a very solid team. If you survive this gauntlet you'll deserve a Championship and I'll never hear the end of it.

You sound like Texas fans for besting teams in front of them and then team SEC moving the goal posts. Every week is a tough SEC out…..unless it’s Texas (or now atm) and now you don’t have a true sec schedule lol

Which is why remaining undefeated up to this point is so huge.

We have some wiggle room — nobody expects us to get through the season unscathed. But even 2 losses would be a huge overachievement for a team very few picked to finish anywhere other than in the middle of the pack.
