But it was a loss, and that's because LSU is better. Just not by much.

You got us Dawg. I will admit that A&M might possibly lose to mythical flawless teams that have no issues.

You lost to UF and LSU. Two teams that are having a down year on Offense. When they are up, UF and LSU stomp A&M. UGA will thump ya now.

Ok?

What's that have to do with LSU's narrow victory?

It was a game whose last kickoff was made onside, and which actually did come down to a final possession.

I'll agree that it was a narrow victory, but you're making it sound like Texas A&M outplayed LSU which really wasn't the case. For most of the first half you did but then the offense came to life, and LSU never looked back after.

I keep hearing A&M will get destroyed for about a year now, YET, it still has not happened.

It will not happen Saturday either - Alabama is in for a RUDE awakening Amigos.

I really don't understand what they are arguing about.

Why am I mad? We won that game against them. I could sit here and make 20 excuses why the game wasn't a blowout in LSU's favor. Every team in the history of Cfb can do that.

I'm happy we won. Having a great defense is not luck however.

A&M could not beatan LSU team that is rebuilding on Offense. The same for UF.

lsu a&m game was not that close at all, lsu was up 24 to 12 and t a&m scored at the end because lsu didn't even care if they scored at that point, just had to take time off the clock.

Next year, if A&M is able to replace the two tackles and Moore and have those replacements perform at a high level, then I will start considering moving A&M from a top 15-20 program to a top 10-12 program. But until then....

i can already see that the a&m posters are similar to the arky posters... their team is not bad, but it is not first tier, but they think it is first tier.

Agreed. The only problem here is that the A&M fan base is the biggest bunch of sore losing pussies I've ever encountered. They have excuses for EVERY loss and have never ever been able to take any loss graciously. Whether it's a loss by 5 points or 50 points, they have excuses. It's a deliriously stupid, brainwashed, cultish fan base.

Fair enough

I started a thread back in late September asking if we weren't giving y'all enough credit. Anyone who is still questioning A&M's legitimacy is insecure.

I know right. I mean its great to be confident in your team, but a lot of them are overly cocky. There are a few sane ones but the majority are delusional

Beachdude, if that's what you think, then it's really gonna hurt when LSU starts its downward slide and A&M starts curb-stomping you like we did for years back in the 90's.

No excuses - hard reality Amigo.

Still has nothing to do with whether the victory over TAMU is properly defined as "narrow."

UF played us in our first game of the year sporting a brand new coach and QB. Sorry if I don't give weight to their offensive deficiencies in light of our circumstances.

agreed. Everyone is bias when it comes to their team. But running around saying that lsu got lucky against them and that they are going to beat bama is ridiculous.
