I think most of us can agree that these....
...are badass.
The unis aren't nearly as bad as I was dreading. For once, we didn't completely frick up a PR/media event. Can we make it 2 by the end of 2012?

The next one cracks me up,funny talk and no facts… "Uppity Texans" is funny too, and Texan Values… LOL Ha I’d rather have those than chest puffing about my trailer in the woods around Fayetteville (Admittedly NWA is Nice) and my Wal-Mart wedding.

No kidding, opposite sides of the fence on everything. Both my parents actually went to Colorado State but we moved to NWA, like 5 minutes from campus, when I was a kid and I grew up there.
Michigan State was actually the school I wanted to go to growing up because I wanted to get away from home and go there for engineering. I went and toured it the summer before my senior year, loved it, applied and got in but then I went up there over christmas break to check out the dorms and saw just how fricking cold it was. I came straight home and applied to Arkansas instead.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one who was scared off by the cold
Michigan was actually my number 1 choice growing up (and yes I'm shallow enough to admit in hindsight that the football prestige was a part of it ). But I can't stand it if the temperature drops below 60 degrees, so I knew I'd be dying up there most of the school year. Don't regret choosing a&m at all.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I couldn't even imagine not having gone to Arkansas now but when I was 16 I just wanted to move away because everyone from my school went to Arkansas since it was right down the road.
Michigan summer's were absolutely beautiful though. If it was even close to that weather most of the time I would move there in a heartbeat. Unfortunately it's not and I'm glad I went up there one last time before committing fully because I would have been miserable in that snow.

It does look like the palm surface is shiny. I don't know what that's all about. Better grip? I even tried to find a pair of generic Adidas football gloves online, but no luck.

Happy overall. Not a big fan of the bevel numbers and I might be alone in not liking the socks that much. Really like the helmets and the all white look. I remember the old pics of the double stripe and I'm cool with its return.
