A&M missed 8 free throws in a game that went to overtime. Make ONE of those and A&M wins 80-79.
Yeah well, that’s the basic tenet of basketball. He who puts the ball through the net more, wins. Your team missed the easiest of shots, and lost. Again.

Sounds like your feelings were hurt in the process.

A&M basketball ... Aggies are not very good
No we aren’t.
It’s the reason we just fired our head coach.
I like Buzz Williams though.
I know little about hoops, but I read Buzz’s social media stuff regularly (he’s pretty good at daily updates).
I like his attitude; hopefully he can get us competitive soon.

Aggie can't go a season in any sport without a heaping helping of TTD.
It's impressive, honestly.

What gets me how Woodward let the program deteriorate this much before making a move. Not a good look for him at all.

There's no way in hell Woodward would have been allowed to fire Kennedy until it got so bad that his defenders were shouted down.
To put it in LSU terms, Kennedy was Johnny Jones if he were white and had Parkinson's.

Is beating Texas A&M in anything supposed to be impressive?
When is the last time a team beat Texas A&M in a sport that matters, and people nation wide thought "Wow. That was a great win!"
It's like beating Rice or UTEP.

Sure!
Anytime your team’s athletes are better prepared than are their opponents’, it’s impressive.
That’s my take anyway.

What if the opponent was the equivalent of a high school JV team?

Yup. Texas am sucks at everything man. They pay vast amounts of money to suck is what's so funny about it. It's almost like they like sucking or something. Wait...we all know that they love sucking, so it makes sense now.

I doubt there are any Division I schools/teams who fall into that category.
But in that case, I would agree with you that such a win wouldn’t be impressive.

A&M has zero talent on the basketball team this year. But they play hard. Will Wade’s strong offer talent is not impressive at all. Play like I expect from LSU, honestly

Ark, A&M and LSU all have solid coaches and once A&M and Hogs get some better recruits it will be some fun basketball to watch.
