You cannot legally marry your first or second cousin in Alabama. Up until 20 or so years ago you had to have a blood test done in Alabama to prove you were further than second cousins.

That's an extremely odd mix of stats/requirements, and ordinarily, I'd allow it based on inventiveness alone.
But, I can't.
The fact is that Alabama virtually OWNS the SEC and we will dang well do what we want, pal.
