Now with that understanding and realizing that ESPN wants UT/A&M for rivalry weekend. You tell me what other matchup makes sense from ESPN’s viewpoint LSU/Arky? Not gonna happen.
Agree ESPN will be making the Schedule with the money they are putting down for the SEC games over the next decade. I'm sure there will be at least one Prime time every weekend during Football season. The champion of the SEC will have at least 6 or 7 wins in conference playing top 20 teams. It will be fun but tough.

I only hate racists and fascists, so if you are "a person that you absolutely hate" then which one of those things are you? I'm guessing both.

We’re grateful to the members of this Conference for getting us out of that shite show of a conference under Bowlsby. I’m really looking forward to traveling to some of the best venues in college football and being a part of it all.
This mentality will get a lot of respect from SEC fans. Ryan McGee compared a football game in Norman to a baseball game at Fenway. A very historical venue with knowledgeable fans. The immediate comparison I found within the SEC is Auburn. Full of tradition and loyal fans.

I don't think the current administration at Texas has any desire to yank anyone's chains. If Delo$$ Dodd$ was still at Texas, he probably would have killed any shot of Texas getting in the SEC before the talks even got heated up...
I think the new Admins just want to finally be another number in a conference that don't always have to be the grown ups in the room and run everything...
Delo$$ was the "we are the Joneses" dude that gave Texas the arrogant rep...He's long gone..

Respect for what? As far as I can tell, his decisions are partly responsible for the last crappy 10 years of Texas Football...He did do a great job when Mack was there, but made some terrible decisions and burned everything down as well in the end...

Deloss didn't hire strong, in fact he wanted no part in the hiring process. Strong turned us from "overrated" to complete joke. If anything you should blame the people who wanted Mack out. (It was always the low IQ move to talk about how Mack didn't still have it. I said this back then, I'm saying it now.)

You will be licking your "bitches" bungholes for the next few years. Prepare yourself.
