Its nothing everyone doesn't already know. But nothing will come of it until the lawyers from USC, UNC, OSU, etc that have gotten in trouble for similar offenses sue the NCAA over their favoritism of Bama and get Emmert forced out of office. The NCAA should never have even allowed someone who has been caught up in so much cheating be over the organization that is supposed to stop cheating. Once a crook always a crook.

There's a reason that AU's former coaches still draw paychecks from the University.
Name the coaches that are currently draw paychecks and are not some sort of a contract buyout.
Alabama just got through paying a former coach. I guess there is a reason for that as well

So does Alabama get to sue the NCAA again for not punishing the other schools that bid and paid money in the Albert Means case? What about how Alabama had to vacate 21 wins and go on probation when Nebraska did the same thing Alabama did and got nothing? Are we allowed to sue the NCAA as well?

Is that an Auburn paycheck. And yes Dye gets a check for certain things like licensing, appearances and duties, etc..

List of coaches or players?
Here is the where you will probably find one for players:

Or it’s what Terry Bowden walked into when he accepted the Auburn job nearly 20 years ago. The first day on the job, Bowden said then defensive coordinator Wayne Hall walked into his office with a black book, opened the ledger and said, “This is how it’s done.”
I sat in Bowden’s Orlando home six years ago and saw that black book; saw the lines and lines of players’ names and the money trail and how the scheme—that has long since escaped the NCAA’s statute of limitations—ran smoothly for years prior to Bowden’s arrival in 1993. And how his desire to stop the cheating eventually led to his undoing years later.
Which school is it again that has a cozy relationship with the NCAA that helps it get away with violations?

Bama probably could have but I am sure the Statute of Limitations are up on that case by now. If enough of the schools that have gotten screwed by the NCAA stood up Emmert wouldn't be able to protect Saban.

I find it funny thay on the right side of that article it talks about promoting auburn and celebrating its successes and wants to defend their "family" image when they are some of the worst cheaters in the SEC and they all know it. But then they go on to attack Alabama. Little bro hardcore

It was extended three years from the ruling in the spring of 2009. Alabama appealed and the final ruling was handed down in July if 2009. The window closed in early 2012.

Probation=/=repeat violator window, are you talking about probation? When was the initial ruling handed out on the textbook deal?

Isn't Miss. St. on probation right now? Seems like they must have cheated to be on probation. They sure aren't on probation for having success on the football field.
