1. Biggest question this game will give us a pretty good answer to. Is UGA just a top ten or twenty defense for this year (like A&M), or are they generational? If like A&M, then the spread was too much and you all saying it's easy money were right. If generational, then the spread is about right give or take a point or two.

2. Aggie's line didn't hold up well for the whole game against Pig Sooey D. But that Aggie QB had opportunities to make some conversions he left on the field. If JT Is as consistent as he normally is, he'll convert opportunities A&M couldn't.

3. The first Arkansas TD play may also work against UGA. UGA's secondary has not been out of position much, if at all, in terms of blowing coverage and seeing guys wide open downfield. Gene Chizik made note of this on ESPN recently. But our guys have been beaten in man. Will Kirby allow our DBs to cover the Razorback's all world WR man to man at all?

4. The second Arkansas TD will likely not happen vs. UGA. Terrible tackling. No wrap up.

5. Arky QB is very talented with the ability to make game changing plays with his arm or legs, much like UF's Jones. But just like Jones, you can't depend on him to hit an open WR on third and intermediate to short.

6. UGA's RBs have not shown themselves to be in the same tier as Spiller. This honestly worries me with our offense. I don't really worry about rushing yardage numbers. I just want to see explosive plays and efficiency there. There have been a few splashes, but nothing jaw dropping yet.

7. Ultimately, I think Arkie's D has to flip the script and be the defense everyone is talking about after the game in order for Arkansas to win.

8. Offensive players other than QB that would likely be the gamechangers for each team should they win.

For Arkansas it would almost have to be Burks. You have to love the matchup of him vs. inexperienced corners.

For Georgia, I'm going with the freshman TE. Seems to be the favorite target no matter which QB is in. Monken has obviously seen mismatches he can exploit in almost every game. No big plays vs. Clemson, but still the most targeted and most productive receiving target.

This is what we’re praying for.

I think UGA's defense is legit like most years

The trouble UGA runs into is scoring points against good defenses

Depending on how ARKY's defense comes out, there is a shot they come out of Athens with a W

This is my big concern. Every team we have played has had open targets down field and luckily most balls have been overthrown or dropped.

I think it will be a good bit better than the spread but don't expect to win

Good post. But I think you omitted some negatives that Arkansas botched which could've made this much worse than 20-10.

I'll let you watch again but

1. Our TE. Dropped a few balls extending plays or even a gimme TD.

2. A 4th and short run play call. Letting KJ take it instead of our smallest RB cost us another 6.

And thank you for talking football. Love it. You'll win Saturday but we won't give up.

I wouldn’t expect 3 down lineman unless they are getting it done. Can’t just let JT have a clean pocket.

I like Odom to win the coordinator matchup. That doesn’t dictate who wins though

I think Arkansas makes a game of it, we won't sneak up on you this year for an upset, but yeah... I suspect Georgia is dialed in and wins.

As I have said, and I know Georgia fans are waiting to burn me at the stake after the game, Georgia does tend to have one complete WTF game every year. If we get that I like our chances in this.

I do think that if Georgia beats us and Florida you can pencil them into the playoffs no matter who wins the SEC championship. Their body of work will be sterling.

My only concern about uga is depth. UGA is going to rotate about 10 defensive lineman. We will rotate about 5. I think that is why the line is so high. It's entirely possible that the hogs run out of gas and the flood gates open late in the game.

Legitimate really isn't the question with the defense. Generational is.

As far as the offense, no one knows this more than us. Monken was brought in to fix that. With the exception of the Clemson game, I think he has for the most part. Just from what I've heard, I don't think Daniels was 100 percent in that game. The narrative is that he got hurt during the game. Again, from what I've heard, he was bothered before the kickoff. But we knew (or certainly felt going in) we couldn't win it without him. I guess you could argue he hasn't done it against a great defense, but Clemson is the only one we've faced thus far. Cincy last year maybe.

I certainly didn't mean to convey "Georgia can't lose". But I do think Arkansas will have to force some turnovers. Unfortunately, we've turned the ball over quite a bit so far. Arkansas will also need to avoid turning the ball over, and that's been hard for our opponents to do.

This is the case for almost any game that's decided by two scores or less. A&M could've made the game closer as well had they made some that they left on the field.

Those 10 UGA will be rotating are high 4s and 5s. There will be very little drop off

Kirby will play us straight up and try to out athlete us. Key- Arkansas O-Line vs Georgia D-Line.

Can Arkansas' 4* actually make enough holes for the Arkansas RBs vs Georgia's 5* D-Line?

One caveat- Arkansas' RB Coach Jimmy Smith is a master at teaching reading-the-hole. If it's plugged they'll go cut-back and pop it quite often compared to any backfield you'll ever see. It's been great so far this year. All 4 RBs do it well, but especially Dominic Johnson.

Most of the conversation this week is similar to last week…the focus is on the Arkansas offense against its opponents defense. In reality, that’s not where the game will be decided.

The Arkansas defense is pretty darn good and continues to get overlooked. That’s the key matchup. Arkansas like UGA, can produce points from that side of the ball.

Georgia blows a game every year they shouldn’t. Until they run the table, I believe they will do so again this year. I think Arky loses, but provides the blueprint for Florida to beat you. Richardson will be their QB by then and they will use Arky’s successful plays to their advantage.

It's going to be 90° Saturday. That's going to be a factor.

Arky Defense vs Georgia offense is a win for Arky.

I thought that was understood. We need our offense to do well enough to do well in the field position battle.

They may turn out to be that good, but no way you can call them generational at this point. They’ve played 2 really bad offenses and an offense that is average at best. Arkansas offensive strengths will not matchup well with Georgia’s defense, especially at Georgia, but until they play a team with a good offensive line and a dynamic passing attack m. I don’t know if they are quite as good as they seem.
