Adams issue is being from Mobile then he moved to Louisiana where normal stats don't work. He obviously fits the control freak profile so nothing works on him.

I don't think this applies to hs fb head refs. We had a guy last season that basically every play he was calling a penalty on 1 team or the other. Safe to say he wasn't liked by anybody.
What was worse, it would take 3-5 mins. to converse & figure out what he was going say occurred.
Now, this is NOT a jab at race nor age, but of all hs fb I've seen, whether my team or not, I'm surprised he even passed the test to be an official.
